Darf ich vorstellen...

Heute wollen wir uns mal vorstellen ... denn hier im Haus leben Schüler und Mitarbeiter unter einem Dach. Doch wer sind die Mitarbeiter, wer ist Schulleiter, wer empfängt einen immer freundlich am Telefon, wer ist eigentlich zuständig für was???

We'd like to introduce ourselves ... students and staff are living together under one roof. However, who is staff, who is the deacon, who answers the telephone, and who is in charge of what???

Das ist Familie Hartmannsberger! Von links: Ben David, Bernd, Kristin und John Lukas. Sie sind seit 2 Jahren unsere Schulleiter. Bernd kam schon 1984 nach Lüdenscheid und arbeitete von Anfang an in der Stadtmission mit. Von 1991-2002 waren sie als Missionare auf den Philippinen und haben dort 11 Jahre lang die Arbeit von HELP International unterstützt und dann geleitet. Danach haben sie weitere 5 Jahre bei HELP International in Lüdenscheid mitgearbeitet. Weil ihr Herz für die Nationen schlägt, ist es auch ihr Wunsch, unsere Schüler zuzurüsten und zu trainieren für die Mission! Obwohl Kristin mit Leib und Seele Mutter ist, investiert sie sich auch in den Schulalltag. Sei es die Begleitung einzelner Schüler oder auch, zusammen mit Jule (s.u.) die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. The Hartmannsbergers! From left: Ben David, Bernd, Kristin and John Lukas. They took on the leadership of the S.E.M. two years ago. In 1984 Bernd came to Lüdenscheid and right from the beginning he joined the Inner City Mission. From 1991 to 2002 Bernd & Kristin lived in the Philippines, where they first helped set up the HELP International ministries and later became the leaders. After returning from the Philippines they worked for another 5 years at HELP International in Lüdenscheid. As their hearts are going out to the nations, it's their desire to equip and train our students for mission! Though Kristin is a full bood mum, she still takes every opportunity to be part of our everyday life at the S.E.M. She councels students and together with Jule (s.b.) she is responsible for our PR. Ilona ist seit ca. 20 Jahren hier in der FCJG. Sie hat bereits in der Stadtmission und viele Jahre bei ÜKD mitgearbeitet, bis sie letztendlich 2008 als Mitarbeiterin auf die Schule kam.
Sie ist immer fröhlich und guter Dinge. Obwohl sie die meiste Zeit im Büro sitzt, eMails beantwortet, Briefe verschickt, steckt in ihr weit mehr. Sie hat ein äußerst kreatives Händchen, was unsere ganze Schulgemeinschaft zu spüren bekommt. Außerdem lehrt und predigt sie gerne. Wenn Gastlehrer aus dem Ausland kommen, ist sie stets parat, zu übersetzen, worin sie absolut super ist.

And this is the nice person who answers our telephone: "FCJG Training Center, Ilona Piras, hello!" Ilona has been working with FCJG for almost 20 years. Before joining the staff at the S.E.M. in 2008, she worked at FCJG with the Inner City Mission and many years at Interdenominational Ministries. She is always cheerful and encouraging. Though she spends most of her time sitting in the office, answering eMails, sending out mail, there is so much more that's hidden in her. She is very creative, and the whole S.E.M. community gets to see and feel that. She loves to teach and preach, and when guest speakers come from abroad, she is always ready to interpret - that's her favourite and she is great.

Das ist unsere Petra. Sie ist seit 2 Jahren Schulmitarbeiterin. Selber hat sie die Schule von 1998 bis 2000 besucht und war dann in der Mission (Kashmir, Philippinen). Dafür brennt ihr Herz immer noch! Sie ist seit 11 Jahren in der FCJG.
Auf der Schule leitet sie das Wäscheteam und außerdem ist sie eine tolle Anbetungsleiterin. In unseren Schulandachten lehrt sie und leitet ebenso wie alle anderen Mitarbeiter unsere Auslandseinsätze.

This is Petra. She has been on staff for two years. From 1998 to 2000 she herself attended the S.E.M. and then went to the mission field (Kashmir and the Philippines). Missions is the desire of her heart! She has been with FCJG for 11 years.
Petra is in charge of the laundry and is a wonderful worship leader. During devotions she teaches and as every member of the staff she is also going on international outreaches, heading the teams.

Spenden, Quittungen ... kurzum, Claudia macht die Buchhaltung.
Claudia ist seit 18 Jahren in der FCJG und seit 2 Jahren ist sie nun hier auf der Schule und unterstützt uns tatkräftig, indem sie nie den Überblick über unsere Finanzen verliert. Das ist ein sehr wertvoller Job und Claudia ist sehr treu und zuverlässig in dem, was sie tut!

Donations, receipts ... well, Claudia is our accountant.
She has been with FCJG for 18 years. Since two years she has helped and supported us in keeping a careful eye on our finances. A very precious and important job, and Claudia is most faithfull and efficient in what she does!

Das sind Jule & Aaron.
Jule ist seit 7 Jahren auf der Schule. Sie hat selber 2 Jahre die S.E.M. gemacht und wurde dann in die Mitarbeiterschaft gerufen.
Aaron ist mittlerweile 11 Jahre in der FCJG und hat lange Jahre auch im Teeniezentrum mitgearbeitet. Als er 2005 auf die Schule kam, lernten die beiden sich kennen. Letztes Jahr haben sie geheiratet. Aaron leitet das Hausmeisterteam und einen Nachmittag Focus Mission. Er liebt es, Einsätze zu machen und Menschen in Jüngerschaft zu nehmen.
Jule ist im kreativen Bereich tätig. Flyergestaltung, Werbung und Blogspotaktualisierung sind ihr Bereich! Außerdem leitet sie auch die Anbetung.

These are Jule & Aaron.
Jule has been at the S.E.M. for seven years. For two years she attended the school as a student and then joined the staff.
Aaron has been with FCJG for 11 years, and the majority of that time he helped at the Teenager Center. When he attended the S.E.M. as a student, Aaron & Jule met and fell in love. Last year they got married. Aaron is the head of the maintenance team and responsible for the weekly Focus Mission afternoons at the school. He loves to go on outreaches and make disciples.
Jule is working in the creative section of the school: designing flyers, advertisements, keeping the blog up to date! And she is in charge of our worship.

Siegfried & Jutta sind langjährige Mitarbeiter in der FCJG. Lange Zeit haben sie im Missionshaus gearbeitet und sind nun seit 2 Jahren hier auf der Wislade. Sie sind unsere Zentrumsleiter (FCJG Zentrum Wislade), unterstützen uns aber in allem, was auf der Schule anfällt. Jutta leitet seit diesem Jahr das Küchenteam auf der S.E.M. und Siegfried wirbelt im Haus und dem Gelände kräftig herum.

Siegfried & Jutta have been with FCJG for ages. For many years they ran the Mission House (a part of FCJG's Inner City Mission) until God called them to move to the Wislade two years ago. They are leaders of the center (FCJG Center Wislade), however, they support us in every way they can at the S.E.M. Jutta has taken over the kitchen team and Siegfried is all over the place, having an eye on everything.


Balti und Christina ... haben 2 Jahre die Schule gemacht, und in diesem Jahr haben wir sie als Praktikanten in unsere Mitarbeiterschaft hinein genommen, weil wir in ihnen ein großes Potenzial entdecken und dies fördern wollen. Es ist toll, die beiden in unserem Team zu haben und sie unterstützen uns tatkräftig!!!

Balti and Christina ... were students themselves for two years. Both are very gifted and we'd like to help them to discover their potential. Therefore we invited them for an internship at the S.E.M, which they accepted. It's wonderful to have them on board of our team, and they are a great help!!!
